Developing an operations manual by reviewing current operations, evaluating products and/or services and incorporating the manual into the Franchise Agreement. 4. Establishing feasible service and royalty fees by determining realistic franchise fees, necessary royalty schedules and developing unit and corporate advertising fees. 5. Establishing a franchise marketing program including your franchise sales brochure, advising and assisting in advertisements, and upon request, selling your franchise. 6. Establishing training and support systems by assisting you in devising a suitable training program. 7. Assisting you by providing, at no additional cost, a one (1) year consultation service. |
